Its pretty obvious where the ribbon cable goes....but is port P0 a power connector because the switch unit needs it? Power not supplied through the ribbon?

If P0 is the power connector, then is it fused? Which is + and - ? (looks like positive is to the right when looking down on the connector)...

Sorry if there is writing to describe all this....i couldn't find it. Point me at it if more convenient....
